Opening a PDF

Use the app’s document picker to choose your PDF. For a file stored in a cloud provider, make sure it has finished downloading and is available on the device. If one file fails, try a different PDF to determine whether the issue is specific to that document.

PDF Extractor: text, images and document conversion

Plain text extraction, embedded-image extraction and document conversion are separate workflows. Choose Word (DOCX), Markdown, HTML or RTF when you want a converted document, then review the preview before saving or sharing.

Conversion reflows content rather than reproducing the PDF layout exactly. OCR quality depends on the scan. An image that is part of a flattened scanned page may not be available as a separate embedded image. Some Markdown readers do not display embedded image data; try HTML for reading text and images together.

PDF Easy Combiner: merging documents

Check the input file order before combining. If the output does not match your expectation, confirm that all intended files were selected and reopen the saved output to inspect it. For a reproducible failure, tell us which step fails and whether it affects every PDF or only a particular file.

PDF Easy Splitter: extracting pages

Check the page range against the PDF’s actual page count. Printed page numbers inside a document can differ from the page positions shown by the app. Verify the exported file after saving.

PDF Compressor Mini: reducing file size

Compression results depend on the source PDF. A document that is already compact may have little room for further reduction. Review both file size and readability before using the compressed output; keep the source if you need to try another setting.

Purchases and restoring access

Use the app’s Restore Purchases option while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If access is not restored, check your connection and tell us the app, platform and error message. Purchases for one PDF app do not automatically unlock another app.
