PDF Apps Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

This policy describes how Tiny Network (Tiny4) handles information in PDF Extractor, PDF Easy Combiner, PDF Easy Splitter and PDF Compressor Mini. It covers the apps; visiting our website or contacting support may involve additional information as described below.

1. Documents stay on your device

The apps process the PDF files you choose on your device. We do not upload your PDFs, extracted text, images or converted documents to a developer-operated server for extraction, conversion, merging, splitting or compression. PDF Extractor’s OCR is performed on the device.

The apps may create working copies and temporary files to import, process or preview documents. Files you save or export remain in the location you choose until you remove them. Removing an app does not necessarily remove files you exported to other locations.

2. Accounts, analytics and tracking

No account is required to use these PDF tools. The apps do not include advertising, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking, and we do not collect personal information through their document-processing features.

3. Purchases and restoring access

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The apps use transaction and entitlement information supplied by Apple to check access and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles App Store services under its own privacy policy.

4. Files, permissions and sharing

The apps access documents you select through system file controls. On Mac, sandbox permissions allow access to selected files and save locations. If you open or save a file in iCloud Drive or another cloud-backed provider, that provider may transfer the file over its network.

If you choose to share an exported document with another app or service, the operating system and the recipient handle that transfer. Their privacy policies apply to the information you choose to share.

5. Contacting support and visiting this website

If you email us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you voluntarily provide. We use that information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive documents; a redacted sample is usually enough.

Our website is separate from the apps. Website visits may produce ordinary hosting access logs, such as request time, IP address and browser information. The apps’ local document-processing policy does not mean that visiting a website or sending an email is anonymous.

6. Questions and requests

For privacy questions or requests concerning information you sent to support, contact tinyfool@gmail.com. For help using an app, visit our PDF support page.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The effective date identifies this version. This page is the shared privacy policy for the PDF apps listed above.
