Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

Tiny Network (hereinafter referred to as "we") understands the importance of privacy to you. Petanote is an app for life logging and digital journal creation. We currently do not require users to register an account, so when you use the basic journaling features, we do not actively collect your name, phone number, or email address.

2. Local Data and Photos

Your journal drafts, generated results, photo materials, text notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device first. Unless you actively use cloud features, submissions, feedback, bug reports, or other upload-based features, we do not actively read or upload your local journal content or photos.

3. AI Generation and Processing

When you use AI journal generation features, the text, photos, or related materials you choose to submit may be sent to our servers or partner AI service providers for processing, in order to generate journal images, layouts, sticker styles, and related content. We process such content only to the extent necessary to provide the feature.

4. Submissions, Beta Applications, and Bug Reports

If you actively submit showcase works, beta applications, feedback, or bug reports, we may receive the images, text, links, email address, device-related information, or error logs you provide. We use this information to review submissions, contact beta users, diagnose issues, and improve the product. Approved submissions may be displayed on Petanote-related pages or content feeds.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

If you choose to purchase a subscription or in-app item, the transaction is handled by Apple's App Store. We may receive an anonymous transaction ID, subscription status, and necessary receipt validation information to unlock features for you, but we cannot access your payment card information or real payment identity.

6. Third-Party Services

To provide AI generation, image processing, app analytics, crash diagnostics, subscription validation, and related features, we may use third-party services. We aim to choose providers with reasonable security and privacy protections, and we only share necessary information to the extent required for the relevant feature.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions about Petanote's privacy policy, data processing practices, or personal information protection, please contact us.
